A: It depends on your training experience, goals and body condition. The higher the level of a trainer the more professional training he/she received, more clients he/she trained.

Q: I have no previous training experience, is it safe for me to join a group class?

A: Group class is designed for general population with low/no training experience. It’s safe and beneficial for healthy population to join.
